When to use Wan 3.0 Prime

Wan 3.0 Prime is Alibaba's premium tier of Wan 3.0 (model id wan3.0-video-prime). It takes the same inputs and has the same limits: a prompt, a first and last frame, or up to 10 reference images, 5 clips and 5 audio clips, rendered at 2 to 30 seconds and 480P, 720P or 1080P, with sound.

Alibaba bills it separately at a higher price, so the usual workflow is to try prompts on Wan 3.0, keep the one that works, and render the final version on Prime. On Wan 3 API switching models keeps your prompt and settings.

Prime costs 5, 9 or 17 credits a second at 480P, 720P or 1080P. Reference images are free; reference video seconds bill at the output rate.

Wan 3 API is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alibaba. Wan and Wan 3.0 are trademarks of their owners.
